Orders are placed by Sunday before the milk pick-up on Wednesday. Any changes or cancellations are also due the Sunday before pick-up. Payment is to Elice directly, and we encourage you to pay for a month at a time (ask Elice for more information about using your debit card). Elice can be reached at aemturnbull@gmail.com.
Milk will be available for pick up from 1:30 pm - 8:00 pm on Wednesday and Thursday. If you have a standing order and are paying weekly, please pay one week in advance.
If the milk is left in the cooler after 48-hours with no contact, we reserve the right to sell it to someone else (you will be credited for the following week). However, if you fail to pick up after ordering, you will still be held responsible for payment if we cannot re-sell it.
