We're always interested in finding new pick-up locations and expanding the availability and access to milk. Real Milk PDX is entirely volunteer and non-profit. It is a labor of love.
Hosting, at minimum, requires being able to drive to Vancouver on Wednesday mornings to pick up milk (the truck typically arrives around noon). You will need to keep a list of names, milk orders, and collect payments. When you come to pick up milk, you will write a check to the drop leader for the amount picked up.
You can dictate the available pick-up window, maximum capacity, and payment policy (for example, if payments must be made in advance, etc).
A host needs to manage his/her own list and provide the drop leader with final numbers by no later than 9 am on Monday.
